This was the view out of the window at work after most of us had ventured in. We then spent the day wistfully looking out of the window hoping to go home and build snowmen (and sing the song from Frozen). By the end of the day it was brown slush and any hopes of a snow day tomorrow have turned into dreams of an ice day.
I am afraid the weather is dominating the posts at the moment. Why? Because it can’t make up its mind which makes it impossible to get anything interesting done! Saturday morning started out lovely and I was pottering around in summer clothes. Then the hail came (it is hard to see but is was easy to hear).
Hail and torrential rain. Ah the changeable New Zealand summer!
