365 day photo challenge September 5

Here is my new exercise band. Turns out the pain in my foot is most likely, ironically, because I have switched from sky-high heels to flats lately. I have been ordered to stretch my calves 6 times a day and use this exercise band to strengthen my weak bum as it is all contributing to my raft of foot issues. Blood tests and xrays had me fearing much, much worse.
